Area of Work : Communications and Metering (WG-3 and WG-4)
Objectives: Study, evaluate and benchmark various metering and communication technologies available/deployed successfully globally. Examine the technical standards, guidelines and technology recommendations for communications so that the solutions adopted are future proof. Identify the gaps in existing solutions to address the requirements and carryout further research in this direction.
Qualifications and Experience Required: Ph.D. in electronics and communications OR M.Tech in electronics and communications with 5 years experience in relevant field OR M.Tech in electrical engineering with 5 years experience in electrical distribution/metering/R&D
